Margaret H. Leek Leiberan is a Harvard Law Graduate who has had an AV peer review rated (highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards), and has done hundreds of appeals to the Oregon appeals courts. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. Leiberan has handled appeals in virtually every area of the law except criminal law.
