Mindy and her legal assistant were very knowledgeable about custody issues as well as DHS issues and laws. Mindy kept me VERY well informed which I'm not used to with past attorneys. If I emailed her, I could usually expect a reply within an hour on business days. My case took almost a year but that had nothing to do with Mindy or her staff.
